I moved galleon and bought a house 2 years ago. Add plumbing issues and very little money. This company was there to work with me and get me squared away at a very reasonable price. And then my furnace went out. And they were there for me again, very reasonable price. This company cares about its customers and its community

I would like to give a big shout out to the guys at Kozik Plumbing and Heating. They were so kind to fit me in right away even though their schedule was already full. These guys are not only very knowledgeable but also professional and kind and easy to work with. Affordable prices too! I highly recommend them.

I called earlier today, the guy said he might make it here Friday to look at our heater. Then he said maybe tomorrow. And then he called and said he could make it today, which thank goodness, because I have two small kids. It was an easy fix, here and gone within the hour. I will definitely be calling again. Good pricing, excellent service.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, we called them because we had water in our crawl space, they found a pipe that wasn't hooked up and another blocked pipe, did nothing with either pipe installed a sump pump and left, my husband called them yesterday and told them he found another broken pipe at the other end of the house, they informed him they weren't coming back to fix anything because it was a mess under the crawl space and we did nothing to maintain it, we had no idea pipes were broke and water was filling it up from our sinks and washer. If there were 0 stars they'd get that. Then they send us a bill for over $500, hope they choke on it.

Came in $1200 over estimate on fixing a problem with water pressure. I had to call them back because new lines did not correct the problem. They neglected to initially replace the copper lines directly into the shower. They then cut a big, ugly hole in my wall and did not cover it. The worker was very unpleasant and bad tempered. I later called about the difference in the bill and the estimate and the owner was also unpleasant and refused to work out anything with the large difference in the price. When I recently remodeled my home and had a 2nd bath installed, this company did not get considered because of that dishonest bill, and their unpleasant and unprofessional behavior in my home.
