The back-splash Tim did with marble tile came out beautifully. So why two stars? The entire experience was most unpleasant. The facts: Tim was given a deposit of half of the bid in early April. It took no less than 8 months and weekly calling on my part for the last 2 of those 8 months for him to finally agree to come out and do the job (on a Saturday, no less). No apology was made for the delay; he even tried to over charge me and I had to prove that no extra monies were due. Who does business this way? Despite the excellent work, I would never consider referring him or working with him again.

Tim and crew did a fantastic job on our kitchen floor! The floor completely changed the look of the kitchen, I could not be happier with the final product! The crew was on time and finished in 1 day! They were fast, efficient, professional, personable and the list goes on! I would highly recommend!

I was in need of purchasing a 4' piece of hardwood for my home staircase. I reached out to Carter Flooring to see if they could sell it to me. They told me it would cost $125. I then asked them to match a competitor's price of $75, which they did. From there, they got the wood into their store for me and called me to let me know. A week later I went to pick it up, but the store was closed that day (summer hours). I came back 2 weeks later, but nobody was in the shop (door was open, but store was unmanned, so I left). I then called and left a message saying I would be in later on, when my schedule was open. When I got there about a month later, the owner and another guy were sitting in the store chatting. Tim and his crew did a wonderful job installing carpeting and tile thoughout our offices and bathrooms. They were polite, professional, and prompt. Would highly recommend!
