I was in the Insurance claims business for the last 20+ years. First as an adjuster, then quality control administrator and finally as a Manager leading a nationwide team of property adjusters. During that time I've dealt with all types of roofers and contractors. Jeromy's knowledge, integrity and commit to customer service was very refreshing to see, especially in a trade where that is somewhat rare. We solicited 4 bids for replacing our roof. Late night storm damage caused major damage to our house and surrounding neighborhood. An 80 ft Cottonwood tree came down breaking several roof rafters and punched several holes in the roof. Carter Roofing was referred to us by our Insurance Agent. Jeromy came out that day and placed tarps over the damaged areas. When the Insurance Adjuster came out he would only agree to pay for 60% of the repairs. Jeromy contacted the Insurance Adjuster and got him to agree too cover 100% of the damage replacing the entire roof.
