Ten Arrows Contracting

Ten Arrows did a large dirt work project next to my mother’s house in Blanchard.  The dirt work was done on a large fairly steep slope.  Anyone in construction much less excavation would know that bare earth will erode and cause flooding in heavy rain situations. Everyone who is competent in dirt work job assessment would consider this when they are assessing the scope of work, bring it to clients attention.  This company (and obviously the land owner) gave know concerns to any erosion control and allowed massive flooding and mud erosion to flow to neighboring properties.  Since then they have offered zero support to the city or land owners their construction has caused so much damage to.  The only response we get is "we are not legally responsible" to clean up the mess we made.
