My husband and I worked with Rachel (& team) to outfit our home with gorgeous Hunter Douglas shades on every window and top of the line Masland carpet on our staircase. From setting a meeting at their storefront to look at colors, textures, functions & brands, to install, we had a five star experience. The contractors that came to our home were friendly, professional, and efficient. The recommendations and understanding of our needs was excellent. We highly recommend!

I highly recommend Cartozian for their project management and design of kitchen and bath remodels, especially Carlie and Rachel whom I worked with. For design, they looked at my rough ideas and suggested materials that were easy to choose from. It can be overwhelming facing so many design choices at once and they made sure everything we picked would create a cohesive look, including a new dining room chandelier that helps tie in different room. They also suggested utilitarian nice-to-have features for storage and our lifestyle. Hate to leave this kind of rating but with the subpar and unacceptable service I’ve received from Rachel McLain after spending about $8000 on a carpet that appears to be falling apart within 2 years of install, this is completely necessary. To summarize a long story of my experience working with Rachel, she is inconsistent and incomplete with her follow through, her actions show a reluctance to support customer complaints, she has terrible customer service skills, she has an inability to accept fault, and in the end, basically gave poor advice on which carpet to choose (because had she given me the right direction for a carpet that met the needs of my home with dogs and traffic, my carpet wouldn’t look like it’s been shredded within 2 years of install). Such a shame.
