We can't say enough good things about Caruthers Concrete, Syd, Nichole, Jarod and all of the crew! The quality of workmanship, the level of care and customer service this company provides is a breath of fresh air! From the first minute we called to get an estimate, we knew we called the right place. Nichole was such a delight and so informative. Then Syd came out to give us an estimate and didn't rush us, answered all of our questions, gave us several options and also educated us enough to save us thousands of dollars. We were so pleased with the final results, we've referred several of our friends and neighbors, many of which are currently using Caruthers for their next projects. I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Thank you, thank you!

Syd's company has come out to my home for two jobs. I was so pleased with what he did the first time, I wanted only Caruthers to come out for the second job. I am thrilled to recommend them to anyone who wants a company that stands behind their work, comes out when they say they will, and does a beautiful job.

Syd Caruthers runs a tight ship. He came out when he said he was going to, spent enough time understanding what I wanted and how he could work it, and gave me a great idea I hadn't thought of. Rena runs the office. She's very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm a homeowner and have never dealt with concrete, permits, inspections and such before. Rena was super helpful, walking me through the process and even helping me fix hiccups of my own causing. The crews were outstanding. All very professional and did a professional job. And Caruthers uses a superior concrete product (ask them.) I'm really pleased with the outcome. You won't find this kind of quality in the bargain rack. Then again, the overall cost wasn't prohibitive. Pony up and get it done right the first time. 5*****

I wish we would of found Caruthers Concrete first before we got taken for by a licensed contractor. When we first talked to Rena see explained how the entire process would work from Syd coming out for the estimate all the way to the final payment and that is exactly how everything happened. Rena jokingly said the only thing that would delay the concrete from being poured would be a hurricane and of course that did happen, but the crew was out 2 days later and did an excellent job on the concrete pad for my husband's garage. Everyone on the crew was super nice and friendly. I would recommend Caruthers Concrete to anyone in the Ocala area who is in need of a concrete pad or driveway.

The owner was suppose to go out to give me an estimate on Monday. I just got a call today Wednesday saying that he couldn't find my land. Seriously the GPS takes you right there. Why did it take you 3 days to call and tell me this? Why didn't he call me? Now the owner says he doesn't want to do it. What??? What store owner does that this company's. Do not recommend at all. Complete waste of my time. Unbelievable.
