CAS Enterprises Inc

CAS Enterprises installed a new roof on our home 19 years ago and we never had a problem until a recent severe hailstorm damaged the roof beyond repair. We chose CAS to replace the roof and are 100% satisfied. Their estimate was reasonable and detailed. They completed the work in the estimated time, and did a great job. A sales manager came out to answer questions during the insurance adjuster inspection, and they also accomodated an unusual request from the adjuster for additional documentation.. Their website worked well for submitting online payments. Note: the overhead photo I uploaded shows the completed roof(s) before four new skylights were installed (by CAS Enterprises). I've also upload a close-up of one section that shows the completed skylight installation and parapets.

This is the same company that used to be called BAC Enterprises. They put a membrane roof on my house at least 10 12 years ago and I have never had a problem. They put a layer of insulation underneath the membrane and I'm having solar installed and they're very good about making sure that the racks for the solar don't do anything to the membrane roof. Anyway it's the same company and they do excellent work. One of the differences I've noticed between the TPO roofs I see and the PVC roofs like I have - is that the PVC roofs as put on by b a c or c a s cover the parapets. Their heat seemed to the parapets and I don't really see any TPO roofs that cover the parapets and that's where most of your leaks happen on a flat roof.

We have been very happy with our CAS roof over the last 12 years, and the CAS service to maintain it. CAS has been very responsive in working with other contractors who have installed solar panels and heat pumps on our roof. We have taken advantage of yearly inspections and have been particularly pleased with diagnosis and repairs of some patio roof issues, completed by Juan and Gary. Our daughter just completed her new CAS roof project based on our great experience. Thank you.

CAS really deserves 10 stars. They installed my roof 14 years ago after a disastrous experience with another ABQ roofer. Gary at CAS is so responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, can answer any question and solve any current or potential problem. When my son had roofing problems I encouraged him to go with CAS. He is so glad he did. CAS not only has a good product, but even more importantly they stand behind their product and their work. It is so comforting to know that if you have a question or a concern they will respond without hesitation. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We had Deck Shield installed May of 2008 on a balcony over a garage. Imagine that in 2025, CAS sent Gary out to check - at no charge - the seams because the ceiling in the garage was showing leaking. All the seams were fine but did Gary stop there, no. He inspected the balcony for where the leak could be coming from and I found out that the 57 yo mortar had deteriorated severely. Thank you Gary for helping me discover an even greater problem.
