We had our upstairs AC unit fail from old age in early October '25, and I reached out to Casa Mechanical Services since they had done maintenance work for us in the past. From the start, their bid was very competitive, and I really appreciated that they did not try to upsell anything. Instead, they made practical and honest suggestions such as recommending a more efficient two stage system, which made a lot of sense for our home. Scheduling was quick and easy. Casa Mechanical has been fantastic to work with. They helped us with AC and plumbing work at a property in Cedar Park and later came out to another property in Round Rock to check on an air conditioning issue. Just had a great experience with BALDO and Alex. I never had my HVAC system serviced in the six years since I bought the home. This unit was also installed by Casa Mechanical. Everything was great, went ahead and replaced the capacitor since it was running low, but still working. They blew out the condensation line and taught me how to put vinegar down the line. They also educated me on the importance of a filter which fills up most of the filter cavity. They hosed out my outdoor condenser and even adjusted a vent in a bedroom that was chronically hot. Really friendly guys and super helpful! Highly recommend!
