I hired Randy because I trusted him! I got 5 quotes and Casa was not the cheapest or most expensive. They gave me a fair price and even negotiated a bit on price, product and warranty. My home is 50 years old and the roof was leaking and had been with the previous owner for years. We knew it was bad but we were shocked to find out that about half the roof plywood was so rotted it was completely delaminating and needed to be replaced. Randy took me on the roof to show me the damage and told me not to worry that he would work with me on the change order. He replaced over 50 sheets on my roof and allowed me to pay what I could over the next few months! What a blessing, thank you for your kindness and understanding Randy!
