Everyone I dealt with at Cascade was top notch. From the dispatch ladies to Matt and Pat, they were very prompt and professional. They sent someone out pretty last minute on an emergency situation at my house. Would definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!

Matt was very proactive and promptly called us back and send out a technician to resolve our furnace issue. Patrick (technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly. Identified and fixed the problem quickly, explained everything to us, and did a triple check everything was running before he left. 5 Stars each. We are very happy we chose Cascade for our new HVAC system. Top notch customer service. Thank you very much.

We are so very grateful for Cascade Comfort Service! They came out the day before Thanksgiving and truly saved the day. The technician was timely, professional, and knowledgeable, and he kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They even went out to buy the part we needed so the repair could be finished right away. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service — more than we could have asked for. My mom is 84 and forgot to give them her card, and they didn’t make a fuss about it at all. I’ll be contacting the office to take care of payment, but I just wanted to say how impressed we were with their friendliness and care. Highly recommend Cascade Comfort Service! Will definitely be using them again

Very pleasant gentleman who came out. He knew what the issue was, but at this time couldn’t do anything about it for technical reasons. But he was informative and explained it and helpful that it wasn’t a serious issue. I am confident that when it happens again I will be treated just as fairly and with courtesy.

Our experience with Cascade heating was very Responsive.From the office gal Who took our call,to having the next day,Matt come out to give us our bid we compared them with many others they were just perfect for us. Matt was so thorough and enjoyable to be around and the team he sent out a week and a half later did the job less than a day, super nice team.
