I have used Chad at High Performance for years to steam my carpets and upholstery and keep my tile shower free of mold. He consistently produces high quality work. This time I asked him to clean and seal my stone floors. Let me tell you….he nailed it. My floors are sparkling. His attention to detail is above & beyond. I saw him on his hands & knees staining my grout where dirt had penetrated it over the years. Unbelievable!!! I can not recommend him enough 😍 Thank you Chad.

Chad is a top notch carpet cleaner among many other things that he does. Finished in a timely manner and man are my carpets clean He even was able to detect urine that was naked to the eye.
