Gotta love a business like this. A generational family business that has an install side and a parts department that will supply others. Even their competitors. In my case, I’d never ran across this fella before, but I called them up and told them my conundrum. The owner, picked up the phone and solved my problem. He was courteous and professional… and at the end of the day I walked away with the pipe wheels and parts I needed, and a feeling that in a pinch I can depend on Cascade Fences’ owner to do anything to help out a colleague (if I can use such a word in this business lol) Give them a try and I’m certain that you’ll get a job well done!

My mother-in-law Mary Todd has been calling over and over to receive a bid to repair a part of her fence. The fence was installed by Cascade Fence Company a long while ago. My Mother-in-law answered their questionnaire and has called for two weeks straight, has left messages and has never received a response. It is not a large project, she just wants to have a portion of the fence repaired. It is not good business to ignore your customers. Gary Wingett, the former owner took very good care of her and his other customers when he ran the company. He often said that she was his best advertisement because she sent him business. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Always have had a great relationship with these guys! They get you what you need and if you don’t know what you need, they help you there too
