We did a major primary bathroom renovation with Gizem Ozkaya as the lead and the whole Case team behind her. We could not be more pleased. We originally chose Case because of their preliminary design service because we weren't sure that what we wanted done was possible. Once we saw the initial options they suggested were possible, we were able to get a much better handle on what the ultimate design could become. This was a big renovation. Great results, terrific process and a team I trust. Case did a major remodel of our kitchen and more. The design process was collaborative and resulted in better than originally imagined. During the project itself, I knew what to expect every week and they met their commitments. When an issue came up, they owned it and fixed it. Each individual we worked with was courteous, respectful and took pride in their work. Losing your kitchen for 4 months is not easy, but they made our house livable and clean. If I take on another big project like this, Case will be my first phone call.

Over the past ten years, we have employed Case for three major home renovation projects: our master bath, our kitchen and, most recently, our two guest baths.
