After jumping from multiple providers of propane, we are so grateful to have landed with the Casey Energy Family. Every single encounter with their staff, from receptionists to their technicians, has been wonderful. It does not feel like you are working with a company but rather a family that provides a service. This past weekend I lost heat in the middle of the night (3:00AM). One of their technicians called me and provided the most kind, warm and reassuring technical support. He was able to assist me to reset our unit and within 5 minutes it was back up and running. All done with kindness, respect, and confidence. Our oil unexpectedly ran out overnight on Saturday. I woke up at 5:45am and it was freezing in the house. My Nest app showed the temp was set to 72 but cold air was blowing from the vents. There was a massive snow storm coming that morning expecting 12-16" and cold in the single digits. My wife got a hold of Casey Energy- who we've used in the past but weren't current customers. They were so kind and understanding and said they couldn't send a truck to fill the tank but would bring cans to get us through the storm until we could plow the driveway and get a full delivery. Max and James arrived and backed their Casey Energy pickup truck down our snow covered driveway (probably about 2-3" at that point) and poured in 30 gallons and restarted the furnace. They were absolutely wonderful

We highly recommend Casey Energy. Our heat went out the evening before temperatures were to drop to 11 degrees. We are both almost 70 and we're concerned about being without heat. We have a service contract with Casey, and hoped we'd get quick service. We were pleased when a service tech was at our home 30 minutes after our initial call. Hal did a wonderful job. He made the the necessary repairs in an efficient professional manner. Fortunately we have a service contract, so our repairs were excellent and covered. Thank you Casey Energy. So happy with Casey Energy ! We've had to call out to the service team a few times because of intermittent problems with the burner not turning out. The service guys came out quickly, once on the xmas holiday weekend, and figured it out. The guys were so pleasant and efficient, glad we have the service contract along with oil plan with them, especially with this very cold winter.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Casey Energy. They truly embody what it means to be a family-owned small business in every way. We used Casey to replace our old oil boiler with a new tankless water heater and full conversion over to propane heat. From my first conversations with their office team to the clear communication and updates throughout the entire process with James and his team doing the installation and their coordination with our HVAC contractor, they made what could have been one of the most stressful parts of a major renovation of our newly purchased home feel like a walk in the park.
