DO NOT call CASOLA for any work. **NOTE** I have a wheelchair-bound, disabled husband who can not just relocate on a whim because of incompetence. This is what their customer service rep actually suggested we do! CASOLA did not show up to do scheduled work on two different occasions, then claimed not to have any paperwork for on job. (Yet somehow the rep on the phone knew exactly what the job entailed...?) On Friday, they sent a tech at 4pm to make up for the no-show. He did not complete the maintenance job, instead found a new leak (?!) and said someone would come to fix it in the morning. When they didn't contact or show up like he said they would, I called the company again. The customer service rep continued to "Uh-huh" and dismiss me and ultimately said that I should shut the main

A very shady operation. They called me back and without any intro demanded my credit card details. When they went to check on my well, they didn’t even bother to properly inspect or call me for more information. This business seems to be only interested in collecting fees.

My well pump wasn't working. This affected the air conditioning and worst of all, it was a weekend. I called the company who had been taking care of my equipment, and the soonest they could come was the following Tuesday. Called Casola and the very nice receptionist, (Jennifer) checked with the owner and was able to get a serviceman out later that day. Very nice man and he fixed the problem and the cool air has now arrived. Will be using this company from now on - to me availability is very important.

Casola's entire team from the girls in the office to the technicians that came to my house were NOTHING but friendly and compassionate! From the start of my service call to when the boys showed up to fix my pump I felt important and cared for - and they really had to hold my hand!!! But through all of my panic my work was done in 72 hours and it was done right!!! THANK YOU!

Horrible customer service. Wanted to leave me without water from Fri till Monday. Even though they knew was easy fix. And was covered by insurance. Got another company who came asap, got water back and fixed leak on very short notice late Fri. Use Gregor they were great. Knowing it was simple fix. Wouldn't return calls. Would
