Spilled a whole lot of coffee on our expensive rug… tried to clean on our own with a bissel vacuum but didn’t work. Called up Caspers Cleaners and talked them about the mishap. They were professional, friendly, and honest. They removed the stain remarkably well and you really can’t tell there was a coffee spill! They went out of the way and worked with our schedules to pick up and drop off the rug (even on weekends). We also left on a trip in the middle and they graciously held on to our rug for over two weeks and kept it safe and wrapped up. Honestly recommend their services, super friendly and effective and reasonably priced! Hopefully we won’t need their services again but they will be the first to call if another spill happens.
