Best experience with a garage door repair ever. Easy to get an appointment and when they had to cancel due to the snow storm, they were able to accommodate me by giving me an appointment the next morning. Jon was very knowledgeable and able right away to diagnose the problem with my door stopping and going back up when I try to close or open it. He also reprogrammed my key pad as the code was wiped out when I changed the battery. Jon was personable and professional. I highly recommend Caspersen door. The charge was very reasonable.
