Edgar came out to do our estimate for brand new Amarr garage doors and was very personable. Once we agreed to the estimate, Amber was our office point of contact. She was extremely kind and thorough with explaining what was going on throughout the ordering and delivery process of our new custom doors. Tanner was our installer and also did a stellar job on installing these doors. We are extremely pleased with the service and products we’ve purchased from Cassle. Our sales person, Edgar, was professional and thorough. He was also extremely responsive to our questions which came up after he left. We purchased a 16 foot insulated garage door with a new opener. We couldn’t be happier with both products. Exactly what we needed! Install work by Federico was on time and efficient. Such a hard worker! Everything was clean and tidy when he finished. All old parts were hauled away by the company. This company is great! They came out the day after I called and even came out earlier than originally scheduled because they knew I needed to leave as soon as they were done. Tanner was very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced my broken spring, then adjusted and lubricated not only the door being repaired, but also my other door. And to top it off, their pricing was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Cassle door! From the first call for a quote to the installation. Great service!! Tanner was the reason I went with them and it didn’t hurt that the bid was lower than two other bids. Kayla in the office was also very nice to work with. Thank you for a beautiful new garage door! Great service, the receptionist Stefanie was great and courteous and understanding. Also Joel the technician was awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be recommending and using them in the future.
