I usually don’t write reviews as I think everyone should do a good job. I have to write reviews this time as Lee did an outstanding job, above and beyond! He is the best technicians I have ever met from all kinds of services we have called for the past 20 years! Here is what happened. Our water heater stopped working when we were out of town and my friend called castleworks to get it replaced as he had very good experience with this company. They came quickly replaced the water heaters. But I was not happy with the works left behind, they left a mess in the working area, left broken pieces around the heater area, and the water stand surface got some peeled off.
