We worked with this company for a commercial project in New Jersey - they were efficient with invoicing and getting the concrete to our crew in a timely fashion. We did have a hiccup that required us to order from a different supplier for 1-2 days of our pours, but other than that no issues. The billing department is delightful to work with, they fixed an issue for us that could have cost us several hundred dollars - and we appreciated their willingness to do right by us. I will note: Their invoice specifies "Finance charges of 1.5% will be added to all invoices unpaid after 30 days from day of invoice" but when I spoke with them on the phone they said it will be a 2% fee for any charges over $15k or 15 days after the invoice. They need to edit this text in their invoice to avoid issues,

My husband and I called to pay to have concrete delivered as the contractor set it up for 9 am. 1. They did not come on time. 2. The price that was quoted that we paid over the phone was charged to the card. The guy we spoke to never said anything about any additional charged remember the calls are recorded. 3. Two days later, my husband has a charge pending on his card from them. When we called to inquire about the charge, we were told that because the contractor went over the minutes that there's a charge. But what about them showing up late? They said that the contractor must have signed to say it was ok because it says it on the paper. Contractor said they never told him that there would be a charge for a couple of extra minutes. He thought he was just signing for the delivery. When I

Driver was unable to get into the street due to a blocked car. Just as we were about to have the pump there, the driver drove off without any notice. The guy in Customer service told me they don’t have time to deal with my “small orders” and that I “should not be doing construction”. This was just after we ordered 11 yards of concrete with them. We all realize you are busy, it’s July, we get it. Figure out how to handle customer service though.

Drivers are ALWAYS late and leaves a messy job. They need to hire new people that WANTS to work! Customer Service telephone person is always rushing to get you off the phone. Terrible customer manner. I hope the owner realizes that his reputation for his company is looking bad within the local community and surrounding areas. HIRE NEW PEOPLE and put your foot down that you are running a company not a school yard.

The company truck was supposed to come out last Friday morning(July 26th), at 8am. They didn't show up until almost 1:30pm. My neighbor and I paid to have each driveway done at the same time, as they are connected to each other. The mixture colors don't match at all. His driveway is grey, and mine is white. The job looks dreadful, to say the least. I would never ever use this company for cement. They are unreliable, and they started a huge argument with the contractor in the middle of the job, when the contractor was very upset for them showing up 5 hours late, and then the cement truck driver threatened to leave before he unloaded all the concrete for our driveways. Who does this? What kind of company would leave the job, and screw the customer? The company who did the job, did a terribl
