Mike was very accommodating to my schedule and the whole process went faster then I expected. I called about two weeks ago and the next day we set up time to meet in his showroom. He let me take samples home and that night my wife and I decided on our carpet. Called Mike that night and he placed a hold on it to make sure it would be there. The following Monday I went back to his showroom to sign the contract and he ordered the carpet right away. If I would have been ready for install he would have done it same week but he worked around my schedule and got us on the calendar for the following week. The morning of, Mike and his helper (sorry forgot name), showed up on time and got to work right away. Within 1.5hrs the project was done and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out.

Mike worked with my wife and I for an entire first floor renovation - to include a new kitchen and living rooms. We had great brainstorming sessions where Mike made recommendations (good and bad) on products we should consider - and he ultimately went outside of his primary products/suppliers to fine something that my wife fell in love with. His installation crews were top notch. Always arriving on time, very cleanly, and ended up completing the job in less time than originally planned. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!
