Wade was very professional and seems very knowledgeable for being a younger gentleman. He was very considerate and well mannered. We recently just purchased our home and quickly found that our plenum was growing mold on the outside. Catalyst air conditioning came out, had a look at it and quickly got to replacing it. Matt and Chris worked professionally while replacing our plenum in the garage, ensuring everything was installed neatly and efficiently. They kindly told us we should add a UV light to the inside (which we did). We are extremely happy with the work we receive this morning! Will be recommending to our friends and family.

TJ and Christian came to check our ac the next day after I called to schedule. They called when on the way and asked to come early (which was ok for our situation). Very knowledgeable and informative. Answered my list of questions patiently. Gave me a quote for a “repair” and what that would look like for longevity. And also a quote for a replacement, which is the best price we’ve received. I felt very comfortable and treated with respect.

Great experience as usual with Catalyst. They take photos and make copious notes on the report afterwards so you can see a history of what’s been done and noted. None of their techs have tried to oversell me on anything. Anytime they have made a suggestion on an additional item, they tell me why it’s recommended, or show me the actual issue. Example in the case of we had microbial/mold building in our air handler since it’s in our garage, they recommended a UV light to keep it under control. I highly recommend them!

If you have A/C troubles, don’t bother looking elsewhere! Catalyst has exceeded all my expectations each time they’ve had to come out to my place. My Unit went out recently unfortunately and Christian and the install crew helped me through the whole process with precision and expertise. The house feels amazing now and I’ve recommended Catalyst to all my friends and family!
