While the quote process and the actual move went well, it’s what happens after that I have challenges with. We had a piece of furniture pretty significantly damaged as well as the floor underneath it, and now it’s been almost 2 months and there is no resolution - even though it’s been promised by Catfish multiple times. They seem unorganized and need to take care of the customer not only during the move but through the whole process. I understand that things get damaged in moves. I’ve moved a lot and I’ve had things damaged, but I’ve never had the challenge that I’ve had with Catfish and making it right. Btw I tipped generously as I always do.

Cannot recommend enough. We had a last minute move and booked same day, and THANK GOODNESS they were available. They were extremely responsive, great price, quick… can’t say enough good things. 10/10 recommend

Unprofessional men moved me. We were rushed the entire time. Items were not handled with care. I had to restack every box in storage because they just dropped them where the dollie would put them. They did not take everything we wanted to move. These movers added more stress to the move then asked for tips. I would not recommend.

I recently moved with Catfish Moving and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Although the team arrived on time, the overall process felt slow and disorganized. My belongings were loaded into the truck without care, and some of my items were damaged due to rough handling. In addition, one of the movers displayed concerning behavior throughout the day. He was visibly frustrated, frequently yelling at both his coworkers and at me. When I pointed out some of the damage at the end of the move, he became extremely agitated and began yelling and making threatening remarks in the hallway and inside my new apartment. This conduct felt unprofessional and unsafe. I did speak with the owner afterward, and while he apologized and reduced the cost by $50, the adjustment did not feel p

Used Catfish for unloading when I moved to TN from out of state. Great guys and very professional. Master, Chalres and Ray were great help!
