Cathys Hardwood Floors

Had our floors done last summer. While the people were very nice, and the prep and clean up was pristine, my floors are completely destroyed. I had beautiful hardwoods that needed TLC but they were sealed properly and just needed sanding and stain. Cathy and her team did the job and while it appeared to look nice, there was issues with swirl marks in the wood and bubbling after the stain was done. She addressed that issue. But 8 months later, my floors are cracking and splitting which they never had that issue before. They are completely destroyed. It sucks that we spent $$ to have this done only to have to redo this again after the headache of moving furniture, rearranging work schedules to have this done. Disappointed to have thrown my money away and worried that my hardwoods are screwed

We've been a neighbor of Cathy's for over 20 years and she has done our oak floors throughout the house; I will be using her again this Spring for a redo of our kitchen (long overdue). My goodness, she also did over my small front deck in 3-1/2 days this past Summer including painting of rails and new lattice work. Frkm day one everything went perfect, first time I ever had to do this as it was our new house, I had a ron of questions along the way.
