Mr. Curtis was Amazing. He walked me through everything and explained it so I would understand the process. He also advised me how to file a claim with my insurance company. Work is not completed yet, still working on extracting water. Then will install water heater. All technicians have been Great. I will definently recommend Caton's and would use them in the future.

My parents have an older shower set up and one of the hot water knobs seized up on a Sunday night The shower wouldn’t turn off and there were. no shut off valves at that bathroom shower. I called this company and they sent their technician Kevontay out within 20 minutes! The technician realize he may need some extra parts that we’re not on the truck so he’s scheduled with me to come back the next morning first thing and complete the job. We are satisfied and I definitely recommend this, and now my parents have Shut off valves at the shower.

Danny was very polite and informative and knew what the problem was right away. Fast and efficient. The only issue was a call at 7:15am, making sure I was awake, to be told a tech was on his way out and would be at my place in 45 min-1 hr, which was fine. But he was there right at 10. Because of that, I didn't require a call before getting out of bed.
