Catseye Pest Control - Cromwell, CT

My experience from every touch point with Catseye was impressive. First off, they fit me right in. When you have a problem in this area...you don't want to wait. They came right out. The inspector took a long time evaluating the situation and determining the next steps. The recommendation was thorough and thoughtful. The crew that did the work at my house was very impressive. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Part of my issue involved cleanup, and that part of it turned out to be much harder than anticipated--they took the time and did it right. Their scheduling department is very accommodating, and everyone was very polite. I feel very confident that I made the right decision. I would highly recommend this company.

The experience has been much less than expected. The problem raccoons. During the service Catseye trapped no raccoons and in fact did no trapping of animals. I was able to capture two of them. After trapping, I had to relocate one raccoon but the second one , after I trapped it, was taken care of by Catseye. The securing of the property was done but the one way door was placed in the wrong area twice- both times in an area where there was no access area for an animal as large as a raccoon. An area was found through the use of a camera but no trap was placed there. The camera was used for over two weeks and when I requested some information I was told no more work was needed as the raccoons were no longer an issue and that the contract was fulfilled. Really great experience with Catseye Pest Control in Woodbury. We had a pretty bad mouse problem in our basement and they have been so thorough in their approach to addressing it from all angles. Highly recommend them!

They talk a good game but didn’t complete the job. They never came back to “disinfect ” my attic from bat guano. I still have an exit trap on my house that they were supposed to come remove and finish closing the banding around the foundation. I have contacted them multiple times and no one has ever called me back. They just want lots of money but don’t finish what they start. I started off happy but in the end I was left frustrated.
