Molly Maid of Farmington and Greater Hartford

I initially contacted Molly Maid for a move-in deep clean, and I was so pleased with their work that I signed up for monthly service. Team 4 has been consistently excellent -- they are professional, attentive to detail, and careful. Grace in the office has also been wonderful: responsive, clear, and helpful. While the pricing structure for different types of cleaning was a bit confusing at first, she took the time to explain everything, and I appreciate their honesty in addressing any discrepancies. I love coming home to a spotless space and look forward to their visits. Highly recommend!

Warning, Warning, Warning.... -Grace (scheduler) in Farmington will give you a quote over the phone but "not" mention its a "Per Hour" charge!!! She will tell you the price maybe higher if they have to stay extra, in fact she knows it is. I got charged over $300 and not $142 the quote over the phone (which I repeated back) to clean a small bathroom, dust and mop the floors of (2) rooms. BEWARE, Grace talks really fast and tell you its your fault which is hilarious looking back at it. - I've never paid more the $140 from multi companies to do the same work, the lowest being $80. -When the the workers were leaving they quoted the price for them to come back would only be $120. -Buyer beware, if you get a quote over the phone from "Grace" you might get taken for ride. We hired this company to clean our business and the results were disappointing for a $300+ service. -Bathroom handrails were obviously dusty and left untouched (we were given only $25 for that miss). -The inside bottoms of trash bins weren’t cleaned. -After removing the trash, the cleaners did not replace the garbage bags. -The team disregarded direction from my business partner and showed little interest in feedback. When I raised these issues, the manager’s response was, “Oh come on that’s not a big deal,” which summed up the lack of care. Basic tasks were skipped and accountability was missing. I’ve been working with Molly Maid from the Cromwell, CT location for the past year. Since we started working together, they’ve done a great job with all of my housekeeping needs. They are thorough when cleaning, and really take the time to make sure my home looks tidy and organized. The housekeeping crew always arrives on time, in uniform and company vehicle which really highlights their professionalism. They provide all cleaning products and equipment so I never need to worry. All of the staff is attentive, responsive and pleasant but I need to give a special call-out to Vicky who’s there every single time and does a tremendous job making sure all my cleaning needs are covered. Molly Maid has been a wonderful cleaning company: very reliable, good communicators about upcoming cleans and windows of arrival, flexible when needed, but above all, do a great job cleaning. Team 6, Vicky and Frances, did a fantastic job today - as usual. Thank you guys!
