The overall experience was frictionless, reassuring, pain free, and stress free which is exactly what I was looking for as moving can be a stressful occurrence. They arrived on time with a crew of three, and asked pertinent questions before they began to load my items onto the truck. They also informed me of the minimum work time requirement of two hours. Steph and Tim from Cavalier Moving were excellent. They went above and beyond, even with the rainy weather conditions. They took care of all our furniture and our new home even when heavier pieces were brought upstairs. Super personable and super nice.

Amazing service from Steph, Keshon and Faizi, especially on an extremely cold and icy day! The crew was professional, respectful, efficient, friendly and worked well together! Also, from the office, Anthony was extremely accommodating and responsive especially with changes and rescheduling due to the ice storm. Top notch communication and patience with questions! Highly recommend!
