Cavalier Septic was amazing to work with. All of the people I interacted with (office and field) were such friendly people. They inspected our septic, found the issues and once weather allowed they were able to get us squared away. Would highly recommend!! Will be using them for all future septic needs. Thank you!

they charged more than double what they did the last time i used them. apparently the business was sold and the new owners have no problem price gouging. i know things have become more expensive, but double is excessive. they also charged an extra $100 for 'hoses and wear and tear on the truck', even though i would have gladly let them drive into the field so they didnt have to use extra hoses. no one told me they would charge more for running hoses from the driveway to the tank, i would not have approved that but they just charge whatever they feel like after the fact.

They're supper nice but in terms of call backs their a little negligible. It takes them a while to get in touch with you if you use an emergency line and if they say they'll call you before the technician arrives they do and don't. I also feel they're a bit expensive and negligible in their repairs as well. I called them early August about a septic tank alarm going off they told me I had bad floats and needed them replaced but failed to tell me about a corroded door to the tank. Didn't find out till I got the bill. Fast forward to three weeks later on labor day. I came home from work at 7:30 am and heard the alarm blaring. I called them emidaintly, took them till mid-day to respond and it was their emergency line that I'd called. They said they'd call when a technician would arrive the fo

Set an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Followed up 2 times before date. Made them aware that we had a time line for closing. Day came and no show. Called that evening and they had no explanation, then said a truck was stuck and they would call back that night to update me. No call. Called the next day and they said they could not get us in until the next week. We went with someone else at this point.
