Shout out to Matt! In a very small window of time he was able to remove and then install a new tank less water heater in our cabin while we weren't there. It works great! Thank you guys so very much.

I've hired Matt from Cavallin Plumbing on two different occasions. The first time, I had him replace a faucet on my claw-foor tub. He didn't properly connect the faucet, so it was loose and didn't function normally. (Kenny, the owner, did come to fix it eventually). I was quoted $250.00, which I paid immediately. Then, Matt charged me an additional $27.00 for the hoses. A little shady, but I let it slide. Next, he was hired to replace my kitchen faucet and to repair my leaking toilet. He charged me $170.00 for a cheap faucet that I could have purchased on Amazon for $50.00. It started dripping within a couple days, which was really disappointing! Then, he spent around 2-3 hours "fixing" my toilet. I told him that the bolts connecting the tank to the toilet were the cause of the leak. He

Called to have them come and install my new sink and faucet. No response. Called and left another message because they were recommended to me by a great electrician. NO REPSONSE. I suggest they revisit the way they respond to customers and explain what the courtesy of a reply is. At this rate, they are destroying their reputation. Receptionist said they don’t bother with someone who doesn’t buy the sink and faucet from them. Not enough $. Awful.

I have a antique clawfoot tub and the faucet is so old there's no brand name on it. Hot water was leaking from the spout so I gave them a call. Kenny came over and repaired it in a few minutes. I appreciate the fast, friendly and professional service.

Would give no star review. Called to have some one come out and work on the boiler. Never showed up, never called. Called them and they said they wouldn't come out due to previous issues with previous renters. I highly recommended you re-evaluate your buisness model.
