Greg is awesome to work with and his wood is top notch. He was able to accommodate a unique requests (sawing additional boards, pickups over multiple days, etc.) and has the most competitive prices around. Check out the fence and stall built with some of Greg’s tamarack in the review pics. Great communication too. I’m honestly not sure why you would go anywhere but Hull’s for your lumber. A+

I always find it much more satisfying purchasing materials from local businesses instead of big box stores. A few years back I purchased a cabin near Two Harbors MN and discovered a local saw mill in the area. Greg Hull was great help for a number of small projects I had and when I decided to replace the rolled roofing material with wood siding he was there to help. Not having a lot of carpentry experience he was a real asset that I found I could count on. When I went over to pick up the siding I asked if he had any 1' X 12' boards I could use for the front of my deck. He told me he would cut some for me that afternoon and then he delivered everything to me later that evening. You won't meet a nicer man who will provide you with whatever is needed!

About 10 years ago my wife and I contacted Hull's Sawmill because we desired wood flooring to be installed in our house. Greg Hull described the products available and we decided on some Black Ash to complete our kitchen, dining, living room and hallway to the bedrooms. The coverage was about 750 square feet. Also, we had baseboard trim and guard rails for the stairs provided by Hull's Sawmill. Greg delivered the Black Ash wood product (500+ miles). We had local contractors complete the installation. Further, we had another local contractor do the sanding and finishing (three coats of polyurethane). The product has held up very well over the years.
