Maggie was very kind and professional and quickly got me scheduled for a technician to come out. Austin visited my home twice. He was kind, courteous, and respectful of my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what it would take to repair my microwave. Once the parts arrived, he came back and was able to fix it quickly. I am beyond pleased with the service provided and will definitely be using them in the future!

I purchased a Hisense Refrigerator from Lowes in August of 24 and it stopped making ice and wasn’t cooling properly. I called the company and they sent out a repair person. I originally thought it was from the manufacturer but it was Calvary appliances service. They reached out to me and let me know they would be doing the repairs and a technician would be coming out. They gave me a date and arrival time window. They contacted me when earlier slots were available ( wow who does that) excellent customer service) . My repair guy B. William was my dream service man. Friendly, polite, reliable, respectful, pleasant and efficient. I felt comfortable, confident and safe. He accessed the situation and ordered the appropriate parts. Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me valuable science lessons about what he was fixing in my dishwasher and helped me know what was being fixed! A+. If I have to call Calvary repair again, he’s my first choice repairman!

Two appliances broke on the 2 days of the weekend, so we were very happy to get an appointment the day we called for service on Monday. Our service provider Joe and his partner were excellent. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained the problems clearly and found the solutions that best fit our needs and our budget. The total cost of the service call was an added bonus because we are a Cavalry Club member.

Well worth the money to have them come out and fix your appliances. I'm glad I called them. They switched out my 3-prong dryer cord with a 4-prong dryer cord based on the outlet at the new place I was renting. They diagnosed a potential fire hazard in the outlet, and I was able to inform the property management company. They are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they even gave me great advice on a new appliance I was looking at purchasing. I really appreciate the expertise and high level of care they provide to their customers.
