Cavedines came to set up my gas range after Nat Grid found a leak and disconnected it. I was nervous about the gas but knew Cavedines could fix this as they have fixed my refrigerator in the past. They came, they fixed everything, turned the gas back on and tested everything before they left! Thank you Cavedines! The price was minimal also! *****

I have reached out to Joe three times in the last few years. He has been quick to respond, arrived on time, honest and fair with prices and more than competent to do the work asked of him. Add in that he's a nice guy and it's easy to recommend him.

They showed up on time and prompt. Unfortunately, the service call did not determine the problem with the microwave. He spent less than 30 mins. Diagnosing, blew a fuse I bought and didn't look further into fixing problem. A wasted $70 ( 1/2 hour) that I already knew. I called them for his expertise and got nothing in return except, I need to bring it into the shop and look at it. And then he told me that he didn't have the parts to fix it. If I didn't have the fuses I bought, he probably wouldn't have gotten as far as he did. Not recommending at all! Who comes to a house call and not have the parts when they knew of make and model.

Our 4 year old fridge stopped working. Freezer fine. Fridge part though, wasn't cooling at all. Called Cavedine, they arrived a couple hours later and had it fixed within an hour. AWESOME! Pricing was great too! Super grateful for the speedy help! Thank you!

I have used these guys a couple of times and they are awesome! They thoroughly explain what they are doing, whether it makes the most sense to repair or replace, and are done with the job in a timely manner. Joe is very professional and someone you can trust to get the job done right. Would recommend to anyone who needs great service!
