Cavins AC and Heating LLC

Mr. Cavin came to check out our AC that stopped working overnight. Responded quickly and diagnosed the issue in less than an hour. This is my second time using Cavins and I will definitely continue to use him in the future.

Horrible service. Ray has come up with every lie he can think of to avoid fixing what he installed. He has “scheduled” appointments with us and never shows up. I wish I would have listened to the complaints posted to Facebook. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He’s quick to take your money, but will never follow through with anything he says.

My air conditioner stopped working and it was 100 degrees outside so I was in a panic. I had purchased the unit a little over a year ago from Lowe’s, so I contacted the Lowe’s service provider and was told that repairs wouldn’t be covered since it was over a year. Cavin’s was a lifesaver! They were able to come out quickly and they easily diagnosed the problem and took care of the repair. I would highly recommend their service. Communication was excellent, they came out quickly and during the promised time, and they’re very professional and courteous. This was my second time using Cavin’s, and I will be using them for all of my future AC and heating needs.
