I had this company service a rodent issue Aug through Sept. Was told problem was resolved, bill close to $500. This wkend the electrical cord to my water heater was noted to be chewed through, and burned about 3 inches, water leaking everywhere. Not only could I have been electrocuted, but my house could have caught fire. New water heater ruined, time lost from work. Inside of THREE VISITS with the company to solve the rodent problem, it was never told to me that I needed to patch, seal and close all areas for rodents to not gain access in the future. Nothing was discussed as to me needing to do this. This is beyond unacceptable service. When I spoke to the manager all he offered was an apology. There is thousands of dollars of damage due to this problem. They didnt solve the problem and

I don't recall if this is the same gentleman as before, because I had a dental appointment and could not be there. I have been a client for a long time and all these folks have always been great. Always been friendly and professional. Left me a great detailed report. Very pleased!!

I have been with Cayce for about 5 years now. All of the technicians they have sent to my home have always been extremely professional and friendly. John has always gone above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns, as well as following up on any previous problems I may have had in past seasons. Would definitely recommend.
