Awesome service was provided by Tech Devonte. He rang my bell, introduced himself and explained the services he was going to provide. I'm a very curious person by nature, so I asked questions, I was very impressed with his patience and professionalism in taking time to answer each question directly. Even though he was a guest in my home, he made me feel comfortable and confident having him in my home. He assured me, if I should have concerns to feel free to call and they will be glad to assist. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm impressed.
Devante’ was friendly and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. He did a great job and I’m very satisfied with the service. Ron Stokes also came to my home and was very professional and I appreciated the communication he kept with me throughout the process. Will definitely recommend Rocket Pest to family and friends!
Had yearly termite inspection done. The technician called ahead of time to let me know who he was and when he would be at my residence. William Adams, (Roc) did a great job explaining what the inspection involved and did not mind that asked questions while he was doing the inspection. He was very through in inspecting bait stations and his inspection of the crawlspace. Roc is very conscience in his work ethic. Rocket Pest Control is fortunate to have such a worker on their team.
The whole team was wonderful! They were like normal people when they talked to me. I am handicapped, not much, but I can't do some basic things, and for someone to treat me kindly is just means so much. Thanks if I can be of assistance let me know. Drew
