I hired Caleb, C&B Electrical for several electrical upgrades in my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He installed new outlets, updated some old ceiling can lights, and installed a couple of new ceiling fans. While inspecting the main panel, Caleb discovered something critical: the main grounding wire to the house was completely missing. He took the time to explain the importance of proper grounding for electrical safety—how it protects both the home and anyone in it from electrical surges or faults. I really appreciated how clearly he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand, without being overly technical. Lifesavers! That’s all there needs to be said. I called after 8 PM because I had been waiting on a different electrician to come help us, we had an outlet that burnt. Other electrician had some unforeseen issues and couldn’t show up. They called back within 45 minutes and heard my story out and arrived after 10 PM and was done by 11 PM. Problem solved!
