Thomas Electric

Thomas Electric installed a standby Generac for me about a year and half ago. My neighbor kid (small child) turned the gas off and unbeknownst to me a switch in the back. I called on the weekend to make sure I turned the knob the right way and Natalie called me back the same day on the weekend!! She then also called me back Monday morning to make sure everything was ok. However I did have a red light on. She patiently walked me through how to reset my Generac. Top notch install and customer service is what Thomas Electric is all about!! Thank you for excellent customer service!!!

Outstanding service. The technicians showed up as scheduled and finished the job quickly and professionally. The new Generac was installed and tested, and all of our questions were answered before they left. We highly recommend Thomas Electric!

Tip top install. The fellas did an amazing job. I am particular and have high standards in workmanship. Every detail was covered, from buried lines, everything square and clean, to completely new mountings with grounding and surge protection. By far the best electrical installation company I have ever worked with. Thank you also to the office staff for their attention to detail with Generac. All emails from manufacturer in a timely way with correct address, model, serial number was clearly the result of the timing and detail of their staff. Perfect!!!

They put in a generator for us. Techs were on time, efficient, worked clean, took time to explain to me how it works. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Nathaniel and his son were here promptly this morning to install a new generator and even when the weather did not cooperate they kept persevering and got the job done timely. They have serviced my old generator in the past and were always quick to respond to my service call. I recommend Thomas Electric highly.
