Overall, solid experiencing. Arrived just before 0800 for my delivery. Was told it would be a few hours. Was in a door within 45 mins and unloaded by 0915. Friendly hilo driver.
Wonderful customer to pick up a load at. I arrived just after 0700 and was immediately given a dock. The backing was easy and they had me loaded in less than 30 minutes. The shipping clerk was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go back. It appears that the property doesn't have gates that get locked at night and there is plenty of room so there is probably overnight parking allowed.
Brought a load to deliver and the reciever told me he was going to reject my load because he already had his 5 loads for the day. BS.
They're very friendly Staff and nice quickly unloading process and brings your paperwork and good to go. FCFS. Overnight Parking Available.
Fast loading they just be patience for your turn a lot of room to park great pick up
