CBS Contractors Heating & Cooling

I have used CBS Contractors, Inc. in Ansonia, for over thirty years. They maintain AC systems for me in two homes and installed an original AC system complete with ductwork, in my home many years ago. This original system was recently replaced, after 28 years, of never going down once! There is a reason why I’ve only ever considered one vendor- the family-owned and operated company has the experience and amazing staff to truly know all about central air conditioning. Of course they support everything HVAC, but they have always been there for me with incredible AC support! This team of professionals has my highest recommendation and admiration for the experience, genuine care, concern, and comfort of their customers.

The company is by far one of the most professional that I've dealt with in recent years. The owner personally came to my home to quote the job. Actually took the time to explain all that was involved which was rather significant, since prior contractors couldn't be bothered to explain. They were thorough, neat and cleaned up after they left. I used CBS Contractors to install two new gas furnaces when I converted from oil to gas. Everyone involved in the process was great. It started with Angelo coming to the property and assessing the situation. He has years of experience, and from the minute I met him I had total confidence in his abilities and recommendations. Then AJ and his team did the install. They did a great job and kept me informed of the process throughout. Recently, EVERSOURCE was at the property on an unrelated matter and even the technician commented on what a good job CBS did with the install. JR was great and very efficient. He took care of our AC issue right away. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure we understood what was wrong with our unit. I would definitely use him and his company again. They are very trustworthy.
