We had such a wonderful experience with The Water Doctor LLC! About two years after buying our home, we decided to replace our well water softener and install a water purification system. The two gentlemen who came out were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood how everything worked before they left. I truly appreciated their honesty, they gave thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. It’s such a relief to find people who not only do excellent work but also operate with integrity and kindness. Everything was exceptional, from beginning to end. I called Dennis Sunday morning, explaining the issues I was having and he quickly diagnosed my problem over the phone. He was at my home Monday morning as he promised and verified the problem. Within a couple of hours the issue was resolved, a new well pump was put. His crew was very professional and courteous. They explained the job and gave their recommendations. They explained themselves thoroughly. These guys are great at what they do. Excellent and professional job done within a few hours at a very reasonable price. I have absolutely zero complaints and I highly recommend them.

We live in an older home that has copper piping in many areas. Our acidic well water has caused many pinhole leaks in the pipes and resulted in water damage to walls and ceilings. We decided to investigate using an acid neutralizer system to help minimize further damage. Troubleshooting by phone first and then came out and resolved the same day for a reasonable expense. They also shared all other information and options for long term improvements. Very conscientious of the stress water problems can bring and service with a smile.
