Chris Burcham, I fail to understand why you were paid in full to complete a job we hired you for. On top of our Brand New Shed that you and your employees unpacked, installed 1/4 of completion, and according to the manual for job completion 4-6 hrs. here it is 12 days later, keeping in mind day 1 and 2 the job should have been completed but your company lacked qualified personnel to do the work. After telling you we no longer wanted your service, you asked if you can make it right because you are a man of your word and your "business" operates by values and integrity......now you have "vanished" not answering your phone or emails. I got assigned Chis via Home Warranty of America. My hot water repair took over 15 days to accomplish. I had at least 4 days when Chris said he would be here to do the replacement and never showed up. I could not call and leave a voicemail because his voicemail on phone was full. Best I could do was text but he did not always respond to those. When he did show up I paid for the required parts based on my Home Warranty policy, Home warranty paid for labor. I was then charge by Chris for another $575 that he labeled "Replaced Water Heater with city code upgrades and pipe modifications." There is no sticker or tag on my heater that states that it meets city codes. He did no pipe modifications in my house except to replace the connector from my pipes to the hot water heater. I had high hopes for Chris and I think twice about giving someone a bad review. He looked like a nice enough guy. Got him through home warranty. He came late and unprepared without the right tools to the service call. Was supposed to submit a diagnosis report to Home Warranty so we can start a claim which he never did. As soon as he left my place, he cashed the check for the service call and disappeared on me. He wouldn't return my calls or home warranty calls. Not sure what happened, but that just chalks up to fraudulent behavior. Home warranty has got to vet contractors more closely. This is the second dud in a week. Run in the opposite direction and save your money! Disappointing

Contacted them the night before scheduled service through Home Warranty company. Scheduled time was 10-12:00. Called him again at 1215 and he said he was leaving in a few minutes from his previous job in Arlington, over an hour away. Tried to call again and never answered, texted saying he would call me back. 3:00 came and still no contractor, texted him back at 4:00 and nothing sent back. Called Home warranty company and cancelled with C&C Home Improvement. Did the work myself.

Chris Burchman failed to make first appointment. We called him to reschedule. He was able to make the second appointment, but was 4 hours late. He failed to make it back the next day to complete work as agreed. Now he won't return calls and texts. We do not recommend him at all. Steer clear.
