We interviewed several companies and when we spoke to David from C&C he was very professional and personable and showed great knowledge and experience. The price he offered was very reasonable, in fact after we agreed on the price and went looking for stone and we looked at several options and we’re going to go with artificial stone, but he recommended that we should go with real stone, even though it was much more expensive, but he felt that it would look much better on our house. We recently had the pleasure of working with C&C Stucco and Siding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. David, the owner, and his team replaced our old siding with beautiful Hardie Board, handled the flashing and gutters, and did it all with incredible precision and care. We are incredibly happy with C & C Stucco and Siding. After getting a concerning report about the condition of our stucco, we decided to remediate and replace the stucco with Hardie siding and stone. We interviewed several companies and decided to go with David Condon and C & C. David explained everything, was extremely responsive and he and his team did an absolutely awesome job. Our job required removing all stucco, examining all the wood beneath and replacing any damaged wood. They removed and wrapped all windows, removed and replaced pieces of adjacent stucco walls and stone patio to examine and remediate damaged wood. Dave was professional and kept me in the loop the entire project!! There were no hidden expenses that came up, what was quoted was what we paid. If anything came up, Dave took care of it without any issues! We are so happy with the work and dedication Dave poured into this project.
