CCC Environmental Grease and Septic Services

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I scheduled a grease trap service for Tuesday morning, and they didn’t show up. After contacting them, I rescheduled for Friday of the same week, only to be stood up again. Their service was good when I used them previously, which is why I was trying to give them another chance, but they completely failed to follow through on both appointments and wasted my time. I can’t recommend a company that can’t keep their commitments.

Highly recommend them!!! They are friendly and professional. I called one day they where at my place the very next day and on time. They even gave us helpful tips for maintenance of our septic and plumbing system. I will definitely call on them again should another problem arise.

Amazing work ethics! They promised to be at my home by a certain time and they showed up not a minute late. I was at work and Raul made sure to keep me updated by text. Exceptional and respectful work! Highly recommended!
