CCG Roofing and Project Management

CCG installed a roof on my neighbor's home, and knowing how particular they are about anyone working on their home, I had CCG inspect my roof and install a new roof. I can't think of anything that I could complain about. I worked with Thomas and AJ, who were very professional, good communicators, timely and trustworthy. There work crew did a great job and I'm very pleased with my entire experience with this company. They handled my insurance situation well, the removal of the solar on my house and I have full confidence that the inspection and reinstallation of the solar will go smoothly. CCG Roofing was excellent. This is the second time we've used their services for a roofing project. Their representative was very responsive to my questions, which was greatly appreciated. They completed the job in one day. They also coordinated the painting of our garage door. I was impressed by how well they cleaned up after the project was finished. Everything looks beautiful! The CCG team is amazing! Anybody that calls upon them can rest assured that they have one of the most qualified, professional, knowledgeable and approachable team you can ask for. Thomas Miller, our Project Manager, was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Thomas met with us and our insurance adjuster multiple times at our home to ensure everything that needed replacement was properly addressed. His dedication truly exceeded our expectations. Great experience with CCG. After interviewing two other companies, CCG stood out due to their professionalism and comprehensive approach to the project. As opposed to just quoting us an entire new roof, they found a creative way to use materials that were in good shape and replace all the underlays on our home. They also helped us coordinate all new gutters and facia as opposed to just telling us to take care of that on our own with a separate company. I really appreciated the fair, professional approach to our project, documentation of all the work during the job, and communication throughout. As a realtor, I deal with a lot of trades folks and roofers, and CCG was by far the best I’ve worked with.
