My 26 year old water heater started to leak. I had a few contractors out to take a look. I opted to go with Pulse because Jordan offered a couple alternatives as well as offering a more complete replacement also changing out some old valves proactively while the system was out. I took advantage of the Xcel rebate moving from gas to a hybrid electric water heater as one of the options Jordan provided. Jordan did the plumbing work and Nick took care of the electric. Overall, it was a great experience. Jordan and Nick were personable and thorough. The installation looks a performs at a high level. They obviously have a lot of pride in their work. City inspector was out this morning and approved right away. Pulse is also taking care of submitting the rebate to Xcel. Thanks guys, it

Connor was great! He gave me good advice not only on my current furnace issue, but also with my A/C. He also did not try to upsell me at all. Straight up good guy!
