Hired David and his crew to redo poly sand on pool deck. To do it properly, have to scrape out old sand from joints before applying the new poly sand. They also power washed the pool deck thoroughly before getting started. In addition, they removed several pavers to level out a few low spots. Guys did a great job. Would highly recommend. Edit 3 months after above post, sand is failing all over pool deck. This was Dominator poly sand which is supposed to be high end. It does require 2 waterings to properly activate. Not sure if issue was with bad sand or improper activation, but very disappointing to be in for 4k to fail 3 months in. I suspect it was watered only once and therefore did not set correctly. I should have posted this review months ago, but I guess we have been too busy enjoying our backyard and I let it slip my mind! The total transformation of our yard has been the best investment we’ve made. The attention to detail, communication throughout the project, and kindness shown by each person employed with CDA Performance is what sets their business apart from others! I added a few “before” pictures to give a better idea of the magnitude of this project!

The gentlemen at CDA Performance Construction were professional, knowledgeable, organized, and timely. David, Arnold, and their crew have done some big jobs and it shows in their work. When it came time to redo my flowerbeds and backyard, they delivered on my idea and executed with precision. Arnold the foreman kept on checking in with me to see if everything was up to my satisfaction. If you are interested in transforming your scape these are your guys. Cleaned up after themselves and left no trace. So glad I went with them!

David was great. He followed through on everything he committed too and the delivery of the different services was excellent. We had only one issue over the 30 day project and it was resolved immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for pool and landscaping work!

My husband and I recently put in a pool, and CDA Performance Construction installed the pool decking. They did such good work that we had them expand the decking, add two retaining walls, a lower level patio area and stairs to the patio, for a consistent look. The CDA team worked through high temperatures to complete the job on time and within our established budget.
