Absolutely horrible company to work with from a consumers perspective. Bought their private label flooring brand, Timeless Designs. Had issues and tried to submit a warranty claim. Had an “independent” inspector sent who found the manufacturer free of blame but then found out the “independent” inspector works at his family owned flooring retail business that just so happens to sell Timeless Designs flooring (which he never felt the need to disclose). Despite the conflict of interest, the company still will not have an actual representative get in touch with me but would rather play a game of telephone through the retailer where I purchased the product. If they abide by these sketchy business practices at this level, I can only imagine how the rest of the company operates. Stay away…. F
