Working with the CDT team on the renovation to my kitchen and bath, painting the first and second floors, and covering up the popcorn ceiling on the first floor was absolutely a five-star experience. I met with Mike Brennan to set the scope of work and clearly defined budget. He always kept me updated by email on how any changes I made would affect the final cost. One of the reasons I wanted to work with CDT on my renovation was that they would help me make design selections for cabinets, tile, countertops, backsplash, even things like the bathtub, sinks, and shower head. The CDT Team helped us remodel both our primary bath and kitchen and I can’t say enough good things about them! We decided to undertake these projects while pregnant with our first child. They were very upfront and transparent about timeline and also cost. They were unbelievably responsive through the whole process. Mike and his team did a great job on renovating our hallway and powder room bathrooms. From helping with design, to walking us through every step of the process, they were honest, open, and transparent. We received around 10 quotes for our project and CDT was near the upper range. That said we did not want to skimp on a bathroom renovation and have issues down the road, and part of the cost increase was because we wanted higher end materials while other contractors quoted us at prices that involved buying materials off Wayfair,etc. We felt it was worth paying the premium as Mike made us feel the most comfortable that they stood behind their product and most of the work was done either by CDT or reputable subs they have worked with for years.
