I was sold a coil and condenser combo with 2 different suction line port sizes. I went back to get a new unit that would have the same suction line ports. They insisted they do not even have a coil that will fit the 7/8 condenser they have given me. They told me I should reduce the line down to 3/4. They said they use advise people to reduce and use 3/4 copper to 'save money" against useing the correct 7/8 Lineset. I couldn't believe they said that. Save money and do the job incorrect? I have been doing A/C for many years and one key fact is to NEVER use reducers in a refrigeration line with a coil/condenser combo because the pressures will be way off and the efficiency will be way under the seer rating provided. Hello To truck drivers: DO NOT come to this place. People here dose not care about your time. I have been here since 6 am and now its 10 am ( 05/31/2023) and they still have not unloaded 8 pallets. And the reason is because they care about their sells more than your time, you are not Important. The African American guy ( don’t his name or job title) will speak to you with condescending and slow tone as if he speaks to some kind barbarian. They service their customer but not the trucks they receive the load from at the first place. Disgusting and will never come here !!!

I need tech support for an older carrier furnace. My customer wanted to add a cased coil. All I needed was info for sizing. When I talked with WALTER his main concern was to degrade my knowledge of the industry and give a hard time. He did give me the data I required but after he made himself feel important. Very very poor customer service.
